Born on July 4, 1962 in Oakland, California, Bill Fulton is a composer, arranger, orchestrator, music producer and pianist/keyboardist. Bill moved to Los Angeles form the San Francisco Bay Area in 1987 to attend the Dick Grove School of Music and later wrote music for MCA-TV, The Arthur Company Television and Motion Pictures, Warner Bros, Hanna-Barbera Cartoons, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and BBDO creating themes and underscore for "The Munsters Today", "The New Dragnet", "The New Adam 12", "FBI: The Untold Stories", "I Am Weasel", "Cow & Chicken", "What A Cartoon!", and many other industrial/instructional films and commercials. In 2002 Bill also started the Bill Fulton Band which played in many Los Angeles venues including the Playboy Jazz Festival.
